The Addis Tax Initiative (ATI), in collaboration with the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA), invites you to a webinar on the landmark transfer pricing case Zambia Revenue Authority vs. Nestlé Zambia Trading Limited.
In August 2025, the Supreme Court of Zambia ruled in favour of ZRA, ordering Nestlé to pay over K13.8 million in taxes and affirming key principles on the aggregation of related-party transactions and burden of proof.
The session will explore the case’s implications for transfer pricing enforcement, domestic resource mobilisation, and ATI Action 3 on promoting policy coherence and combating tax-related illicit financial flows.
