Technical Support for the production of Uganda's Second EITI Report for Financial Year 20202021

The objective of the assignment is to perform the role of Independent Administrator for the production of Uganda¿s 2nd EITI report for Fiscal Year 2020 2021 The specific objectives for the Independent Administrator are to ¿ Produce a scoping study to inform the MSG¿s decision on the scope of the 2020 2021 EITI report on the mining and oil gas sectors ¿ Produce an EITI Report and associated data files for 2020 2021 in accordance with the EITI Standard and section 3 below. ¿ Produce a summary UGEITI report of not more than 10 pages and containing infographics. ¿ Involve the OAG in the process of producing the EITI report and give recommendations for further capacity building of the OAG in production of EITI Reports. In addition the contractor is required to ¿ Contribute to the visibility of the report and awareness of the EITI process through the organization of 2 3 workshops events.
