INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY BUILDING IN TAX ADMINISTRATIONS

The overall objective of the program is to enhance domestic resource mobilization in developing countries through capacity building in tax administration. The objective will mainly be pursued through institutional agreements between the Norwegian Tax Authority and tax administrations in developing countries. The focus of the program is in particular •Enhanced and coordinated institutional capacity in the Norwegian Tax Authority to carry out technical assistance in the developing countries.•Diagnostic assessments and international technical and administrative scoping work related to tax administrations in developing countries.•Participation and presentation in relevant national regional and international meetings seminars and conferences on tax in development.
